Terrible service. I came as a walk-in customer to get a manicure and pedicure. I asked if they could take me in because they were about to close. I would’ve understood if they can’t take me in, but they insisted they could do both service at the same time. The pedicure was rushed, and there were bubbles and bumps on the polish. My toenails weren’t fully dry but they claimed it was, so when I took my socks off, there were imprints on the polish. The lady who did my pedicure was rushing to leave as soon as she finished so I wasn’t able to asses the pedicure properly and let her know so she can fix it. They just wanted my money and I unfortunately fell for it. They were also talking about me, assuming I couldn’t understand their language. Very unprofessional.

It's kind of a mixed bag here. Like all salons, you have to find the person that is suitable for you and understands how you want your hair/nails. These people are no fuss, so don't expect them to dote on you. Granted, the reviews stating they are rude have merit. They should not be disrespectful to customers. I didn't appreciate the blunt way they were talking to me, too. I made it clear to them by being snarky back, they got the hint. When fire fights with fire, turns out they quell. They can dish it, but they can't take it. With that said, I have only had my hair done once here, he was not the nicest, told me I had very thin hair and needed oil treatment, but I also appreciated that he cared about hair. I went for an ombré balayage and I still get a lot of compliments on it, so kudos to them for that. It was also a lot less expensive than some other places I've been to for the same thing. As for nails, I have to agree with some of the other reviewers, ask for Susan. She's impeccable, the highest skilled, and also a good communicator. She listens to what you want and does her best to accommodate. I am a fairly loyal customer, I do come here more than any other nail salon, but the manicures aren't always flawless. I give them grace for being human.

I loved my experience here! My nails turned out excellent! They took their time and were very attentive to detail. I’ve never had my nails look this good! Prices are reasonable too.

Amazing service Kenny is the best hair colorist! Loved my hair cut, blow out, and color. I went from bleached balayage to natural caramel brunette! Money pieces were great too.

acrylic nails done terribly, the shape is bad, the polish was applied carelessly and process was a bit painful on my nail. you can see the acrylic doesn’t even fully cover my nail and the shape look like teeth’s. customer service by my technician was also lousy and dismissive. paid $69 total after tip and tax (not worth it) i’ve gone here before and it was okay but im never coming back.
